Just a quick email to thank you and your driver for getting the drum delivered today. I know it’s only a small job but with the weather today I thought it would end up being cancelled. Apparently, the driver couldn’t get his vehicle up the road, so carried the drum the rest of the way, which is an impressive commitment to delivery.
