Keeping targets realistic, in a world flooded with people “smashing it

I can’t believe we are approaching the end of February already, time really does fly when you are having fun…Or you’re so busy you lose all concept of time.

As mentioned at the beginning of January, at PurePac we decided not to make New Year resolutions but instead focus on targets.

Our key target this year is to grow our base of pharmaceutical customers, particularly with our CurTec range of products.

So far we have managed to bring on board four new customers in the pharma sector – I’m really happy with this, especially as I firmly believe in a slowly but surely approach. Yes, I like to ‘smash it’ in the gym or on a run but I’m a firm believer in being realistic and ‘keeping it real’ at work.

How are you getting on with your 2020 targets, personal or business? I’d like to hear whether you’re ‘keeping it real’ or just continuing to ‘smash it’? There’s no judgement here, I am just keen to learn new approaches!
