Susie joined the PurePac team on Monday 2nd March as our new Order Processing/Account Manager. She has lots of experience using ACT and Sage, making training an easy task. Coming from the safety products sector made things a little more tricky as Susie had to begin to learn all about PurePac’s packaging products and recycling processes.
But, oh what a time to join! Three weeks into training and the nation moved into lockdown and homeworking, to protect the NHS and save lives. No training could have prepared Susie for these circumstances – or any of us for that matter!
Susie is a ‘Superstar’. She has risen to the challenge of working remotely, continuing to answer all the incoming emails and having the main switchboard number diverted to her mobile.
Thank you Susie, you have done a fantastic job in such challenging circumstances, particularly as you’re the newest member of the team. ?
