Customer Account Management – a dedicated point of contact for our customers, this team swiftly processes new orders and queries by telephone or email.
Customer Quotations Team – providing a rapid response to quotation requests. Liaising with manufacturers, external hauliers as well as our operations and transport teams to offer the best prices, customised to our customers’ needs.
Warehouse Management – our experienced Manager constantly monitors our stocks levels and goods in/out are micro-managed to ensure storage space is totally optimised.
FLT Team – our fully qualified FLT drivers ensure the swift incoming and outgoing movements of all packaging items. Whether that’s new stock arriving from the manufacturers or orders being prepared for shipping, every piece of packaging is stored in its correct place or labelled up for dispatch.
Reconditioning Team – the Reconditioning Team are dedicated to ensuring all IBCs and Drums are reconditioned to the highest industry standards.
Driving Team – our experienced LGV drivers ensure the smooth and timely delivery of all customer orders, together with collecting all used packaging our customers no longer need.
Purchasing Team – our Purchasing Team are always liaising with new and existing suppliers to maintain our competitive price and product offerings.
Accounts Team – our qualified Accounts Team process all invoicing, sales order and payment queries on a daily basis.
HR and H&S – we have a qualified in-house expert who ensures all our policies and paperwork are up-to-date.
Quality Assurance – our dedicated Teams looks after customer complaints, manufacturer non-conformances and all audit procedures and processes.
