PurePac restructures to deliver stronger customer focus

Over the last 12 months, we have seen a steady increase in the size of our new customer base as well as securing more product sales from our existing customer accounts.

We are continuously looking at ways to provide the very best customer service and we firmly believe this is delivered through taking the time and effort to build relationships whilst implementing solid processes.

Previously we combined the customer order processing tasks together with the new sales quotations tasks, all into one team. We now feel to provide the next level of customer we need to break this team into two areas. Thus providing a more customer focused approach.

Our Order Processing Team will be dedicated to offering a full account management service, proactively managing customer stocks levels, predicting, forecasting and pre-empting orders and delivery schedules on their behalf.  Effectively becoming an extension of their own purchasing team.

Our Sales Quotation Team will be solely responsible for providing our customers and prospects with rapid turnarounds on pricing and product information. Assisting them with product and technical knowledge, making for a smoother decision making process.

By splitting the teams, our customers will have one point of contact providing continuity in all communication areas. As a result of our restructure we are pleased to announce the appointment of our new Order Processing Manager, Susie. After completing her first week with PurePac she is already making a positive impact.
