A question new customers often ask us is “what is the minimum order quantity”. The answer is, we don’t have one. At PurePac we’re happy to work with our customers no matter the size of their order. However, we always offer guidance on the best sized order for packing and shipping purposes.

For example, IBCs are delivered on the pallet network, so we don't advise ordering odd numbers. It’s always best to double stack the IBCs, as you pay the same delivery cost for one as you do for two, therefore when ordering in even numbers the delivery becomes more economical.

Some of our CurTec products, like the Packo jar, come packed in trays, so we advise ordering in tray quantities to ensure the stability of the pallet during loading, transit and unloading. Equally with 200L drums it's always best to order in lots of four or eight, as they can be single or double stacked. Again, we will always propose double stacking, helping the delivery costs to stretch further.

Although, if a customer only wants to order one item, we’re more than happy to ship one. We will wrap and pack, whether in PurePac boxes or on pallets, then choose the most cost-effective delivery which could be Royal Mail, UPS, the pallet network, the PurePac fleet or even an external haulier.

We aim to offer the best customer service at the best price, to do this we're always as flexible as possible on order sizes. If you have a question or want to know more, please get in touch.
