At the start of a new year, do you look back and think ‘wow where did last year go?’ In keeping with that, I can’t believe Kirsty has been with the PurePac team for nearly three months now. The time has flown by, and because Kirsty has grown so quickly and successfully in her new role, it feels like she’s been with us much longer.
I caught up with Kirsty this week and asked her how she’s getting on, here’s what she said:
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with such an amazing team. PurePac has been extremely helpful and supportive in my first few months. On a personal note, I moved house which meant I had a very long commute to work. Luckily in my new role with PurePac, my commute is now shorter and has made my life much easier and happier.
I really could not have joined a more friendly and encouraging team. I’ve learnt lots already and look forward to gaining more experience and knowledge to help our customers.”
I’m thoroughly impressed with Kirsty, she always offers to help with additional tasks and looks to provide extra support to myself and the team. Nothing is too much trouble and Kirsty is always so happy and upbeat. In return, PurePac provides flexibility and great work/life balance. After all, a happy team makes a happy company, which equals happy customers! 😊
