Who gets a kick out of undertaking a huge tidying-up task? If you're anything like me, you get a lot of satisfaction from pulling everything apart and then putting it back together in a neater order.
We’ve just recently completed such a task for our CurTec stockholding. It was of course the royal 'we'. I had the idea, Stephen Fleming added the details and system and the warehouse team moved the goods. It was perfect PurePac teamwork. 😊
We now have three dedicated areas for our CurTec products. All our fast-moving items are close at hand. But to free up more storage space at our operational sites we have relocated all the slower-moving items to our third warehouse on the adjacent business park. We've also decided to group our injection moulded and blow-moulded products, making it easier for the warehouse staff to find these items.
The photos show how organised we are… and will serve as a handy reminder should I ask the warehouse to tidy up again!
