Our aim is to deliver the best possible customer service experience. We focus on regular communications, not just to secure a sale, but to ensure our customers are kept fully informed during their journey with PurePac. That can be ensuring customers have all the product information they need, arranging packaging samples to aid the decision-making process, or updating them on delivery times. All this means that we need the right people and skills at PurePac to keep going the extra mile for our customers. 

On that note, I’d like to extend a warm welcome to Kirsty Savins, our new Customer Sales and Quotations Manager. Recently completing her first month with PurePac, Kirsty has effortlessly learned our products and processes. Kirsty is quite possibly the most organised person I have met! Colour coding the inbox, creating top-level summary sheets for each customer enquiry and undertaking detailed company and contact research. I have to say, I’m really impressed! There must be something in the name Kirsty, as our Purchasing Manager, Kirsty Mundy has very similar traits! 

Kirsty previously worked for Barrus, an importer and distributor of commercial machines and equipment. She comes with excellent skills and experience in managing sales and administration teams, as well as working with field sales managers. Kirsty has already become a highly valued member of the growing PurePac team, she really does go that extra mile to support our customers, all whilst smiling. 

The recruitment process was a long and arduous one, but Kirsty was worth waiting for. We wish her the very best in her new role and hope she is part of the PurePac team for many years to come.
