catching up with the newest member of the PurePac team
Back in November Raf joined us as Deputy Warehouse and Logistics Manager, it feels like four months have passed in a blink of an eye. Although we have weekly management meetings, in true PurePac tradition, it’s time to catch up with Raf to get his feedback on how he’s finding his PurePac feet! Here’s what he has to say:
“I’m very happy to be working here and my first four months have proved that PurePac was a good choice. I have a great team around me, and they are all very supportive. PurePac is not only a company providing packaging solutions but cares about its customers too, providing them with the very best service.”
“I’m in a place where work culture is important, and this is the most important thing for me as a Deputy Manager. I’m very pleased to be part of PurePac and going forward we are looking to become bigger and better!”
Raf mentioned that PurePac was a good choice, and the PurePac team couldn’t have made a better choice when offering the position to Raf. We are very happy to have him onboard, not only does he have a big personality, putting a smile in every step, but he also has excellent ideas. He has already implemented an improved stock rotation and location identification system, plus he is now in the process of putting new staffing procedures and team building tasks in place.
