Looking back, 2025 was another milestone year for PurePac, filled with progress, innovation, and growth. Some of our key achievements include:
• Implementing a new cloud-based IT and telephony system across the business.
• Achieving A-star supplier status with three major customer accounts.
• Welcoming Mark Bass to the team, he’s already making a significant impact in customer quotations.
• Securing silver status in our very first Ecovadis assessment.
• Advancing our in-house iBOS system (Integrated Business Operating System), now with fully electronic delivery and collection planner/schedules to ensure no vehicle ever travels empty.
As we begin 2026, we’re excited to continue building on this momentum. Our goals for the year ahead include:
• Adding a new DAF vehicle to our fleet in April, complete with the latest safety features and low-emission technology.
• Rolling out a fully electronic stock control system across all three warehouses, including handheld scanners to streamline stock movements.
• Reviewing and strengthening our team structure with new additions to the team.
• Launching our new HR portal to manage holidays, policies, annual reviews, and essential documentation.
• Further enhancing our iBOS system by integrating it with our accounts software and website, creating a seamless, automated flow of information across platforms.
