It's hard to believe Lauren joined the PurePac team in March, and here we are almost in November! Lauren took over the reins from Lynne, who has transitioned from accounts to focus on HR and Health & Safety. Lauren brings a wealth of experience in accountancy, and she has certainly kept me on my toes.
Since day one, Lauren has driven us forward with diligent financial analysis and attention to detail. Thanks to her expertise, we’ve made great strides, including introducing monthly management accounts, improved forecasting, and thorough stock valuations. It’s been a lot of extra work, but the results speak for themselves and I couldn’t be happier with how far we’ve come.
