Which do you prefer? Most people will say bigger orders are better, especially when it usually takes the same amount of time (if not longer) to process a small order. However, I really like working with smaller-sized orders.
Why? Firstly, we have fun in the warehouse deciding how best to package up these smaller orders, plus we can use our new PurePac branded boxes. But what I like the most is the customer feedback. They really appreciate us fulfilling less than pallet-sized orders, especially when dealing with smaller jerrycan and CurTec containers. Customers are even more ‘over the moon’ when they find out we are happy to organise orders for just one or two drums or containers when other suppliers require much larger minimum order quantities.
We also find customers placing smaller orders are more forthcoming with feedback, here's a little extract from a customer who recently sent us a lovely email. Hats off to Susie and Jacqui, clearly, they're flying the PurePac customer service flag as high as they can:
"Thank you both for your help with this and for organising the order so quickly and efficiently. On a personal note ladies, I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to work with a supplier who is so customer service orientated – what a difference it makes!"
So as you can see, regardless of size... our customers always matter!
