Exceptional Customer Service at PurePac
Last week, PurePac's commitment to excellent customer service was put to the test and boy did we deliver! At 8:00 PM, we received an urgent call from a long-standing customer. Their 24/7 manufacturing plant was facing an emergency and needed 100 IBC containers immediately.
Our response? Assemble the team, devise a plan and fulfil the request. With their site close by and one of our vehicles fortunately available, we sprang into action. The team loaded the truck with IBCs, made the trip to the customer’s plant, unloaded and quickly turned around for a second delivery. By 11:30 PM, they had all the IBCs needed to keep operations running without disruption.
The next morning, I received an email from the company, saying, “I don’t think we would receive the same level of service from any other supplier”.
Moments like these remind me why I’m so proud to be part of the PurePac team and what a team we are! It’s not just about meeting expectations, it’s about exceeding them – especially when it matters most.
