There’s something particularly satisfying about seeing a customer come back to you 10 years later.
Back in 2016, we worked with this customer to supply a bespoke stainless steel tank, designed specifically around their process requirements.
Fast forward to 2026, and they’re back, this time looking for a replica tank for their US operations.
Managed by Mark, this latest project included a bespoke, made-to-order MTH 750L tank, plus a further two made-to-order 2,000L MTH tanks. All three incorporated unique features requested by the customer, including:
🔹 Three anti-foaming pipes for their resin product
🔹 A water-cooling jacket
🔹 Insulation designed around their process requirements
Working closely with INCON, every element has been considered to make sure the finished tank does exactly what the customer needs.
For us, projects like this are about much more than supplying a piece of equipment. They’re about understanding the application, working through the detail and building relationships that last.
When a customer comes back a decade later and asks us to do it all over again, that’s something we’re incredibly proud of.
