I'm delighted to welcome Ben Seward to PurePac as our new Business Operations Co-ordinator.

Ben joined us recently on a temporary basis after completing his Banking & Finance degree, and it didn't take long for him to make a big impression.

From day one, Ben has demonstrated an outstanding work ethic. Along with a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to get involved in every aspect of the business. He’s quickly become a valued member of the team.

As PurePac continues to grow, so do the demands of quality, compliance and operational excellence. That's why we've created this new role. It’s a pivotal position that will strengthen the foundations of our business and support our next phase of growth.

Ben's role will span several key areas, including:

✅ Quality, audit and compliance

✅ Customer invoicing


✅ Supporting our quotations process


✅ Health and Safety and HR administration


✅ Learning the financial operations of the business alongside Lauren, building a strong understanding of our finance function


✅ Working with me to develop our costing and pricing strategies, helping ensure we continue to make informed commercial decisions

In business, I'm passionate about giving people opportunities to grow. Ben has already shown he has the attitude, enthusiasm and potential to build a fantastic career, and we're committed to supporting his development every step of the way.
