I went over to our third warehouse this week to assess the available floor space. We're supporting one of our customers with a big project, which means I need to check how much storage space we can allocate for them.  When I walked down the packaging aisle, I felt like a sergeant major inspecting her troops, the IBCs, Jerrycans and Drums were all standing to attention, orderly and looking pristine in the barracks... (our new warehouse). At that moment I felt proud of my packaging platoon.

On a more serious note, taking stock is something I'm trying to do more, because each time I look back, I can see that PurePac is gradually growing. When you're busy working away there aren't many moments for acknowledging your achievements and challenges overcome, but a bit of retrospect can go a long way. So, I highly recommend looking back, seeing how far you've come and giving yourself a little salute! I bet you’ve earned it.
