Up until 2015 it was possible to issue migration declarations to confirm that an IBC inner bottle was produced from food grade material and this was enough for foodgrade auditing purposes. However, since Director 2002/72/EC was replaced with EC 10/2011 the new Director means the manufacturers will not provide migration reports for the inner bottles, only a full FSSC FoodCert will be supplied and this will only be supplied with foodgrade IBC purchases.
