I love our Linde FLT (forklift truck) family. Plus, they all clearly love each other – as they keep multiplying in numbers!
Our family of FLTs are easy to spot, matching in their red and black colours. So, I was shocked when I visited our Lamport Warehouse to find an orange FLT helping our red FLT team. Is the red team playing tricks on me? Or do we have an orange imposter shepherding our flock of IBCs?
Actually, it’s none of the above. We’re very busy right now and order lead times on new FLTs are long, so we’ve borrowed a Doosan FLT to help herd our IBCs.
Even though the new temporary FLT doesn’t match the family attire, it’s doing a great job of keeping our stock moving.
As much as I love colour consistency, I also love standing out from the crowd. Plus, you have to appreciate a splash of bright orange as we move towards sunnier weather. Keep up the good work orange shepherd!
