He announced some very exciting news… Stephen is joining the PurePac team in our newly created role of Customer Relationship Manager.

PurePac’s growth to date has been organic, from word of mouth, referrals, Google search and social media. I’m rather proud of this. It shows that our foundations are built upon excellent customer service. They say the ‘proof is in the pudding’ and it appears our customers keep recommending our packaging puds. ?

We want to fully understand our customers and this new role will help us build stronger connections with them. And who better to tell us how to improve our product offerings and services than the people using them? Knowing what works best for our customers is invaluable, so we can continue to provide this. Alternatively, if a customer is unhappy, how can we remedy this? As Bill Gates once said, “Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning”.

Stephen’s appointment is a significant milestone in PurePac’s business growth, one which I’m hugely excited about. Please join me in wishing Stephen much success in his new role and upping our customer service game even higher.
