We know that every team needs a combination of superpowers to succeed. This has been further highlighted to me during the current crisis.
Each day we have a Microsoft Teams call (photo courtesy of Teams) which is a great way to stay in touch and maintain team morale, whilst ensuring we’re all keeping on top of business-critical tasks.
Full-time homeworking sometimes makes you feel like you are sat outside looking in, although it does have its advantages, you can see things more clearly and notice things you maybe hadn’t previously.
At the moment, I’m clearly seeing the great work the team do. I want to say a big thanks to each member of the PurePac admin team. I’m grateful for their unique talents, skills and superpowers. These are more evident than ever, right now.
